Important Rental Information
As your party rental provider, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to have a safe and successful event. Here are some important things to keep in mind:
Be sure to read your rental agreement thoroughly before signing to ensure the best experience.
Inflatables must be picked up and dropped off at our location in Sequim, Washington. No Delivery.
Cancellations due to inclement weather must be made by customer at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Inflatables must be clean and dry when returned to ensure our equipment is ready for the next event.
